By using the HitchIT mobile app (the "App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
HitchIT is a mobile application that facilitates ride-sharing and carpooling services among users (the "Service"). The App allows users to connect with drivers or passengers for shared rides.
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a legally binding contract to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create a user account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.
By using the App, you grant HitchIT a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, modify, display, and distribute any content you submit through the App, including but not limited to text, photos, and other media. You are solely responsible for the content you provide, and it must not violate any applicable laws or infringe upon the rights of others.
You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using the App:

HitchIT reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause. We may also remove any content you have posted on the App, for any reason, without notice.
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. HITCHIT DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
HITCHIT SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE APP; (B) ANY UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO OR USE OF OUR SERVERS AND/OR ANY PERSONAL INFORMATION STORED THEREIN; (C) ANY INTERRUPTION OR CESSATION OF TRANSMISSION TO OR FROM THE APP; (D) ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE, WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH THE APP; (E) ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF YOUR USE OF ANY CONTENT POSTED, EMAILED, TRANSMITTED, OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE VIA THE APP.
HitchIT reserves the right to modify or revise these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any material changes to these Terms by posting the revised version on the App or by other means we deem appropriate. Your continued use of the App after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States.
